1. Download UltraSurf from UltraReach site.

2. Save the u.zip file somewhere on your computer.
3. Unzip u.zip file
4. Run u.exe
5. You can switch between 3 proxy gateways in order to choose the fastest one.
6. Go to www.whatismyipaddress.com and check your new IP
7. When you need to return to your real IP just Exit.

There are many software available to change ip address in that this software is working good (its an freeware)

I tested this software in IE, Chrome, Opera, Pale Moon, Safari, firefox
