TUTORIAL

1. DOWNLOAD update-unroot.zip here

2. Copy the downloaded .ZIP file to your SD card root directory.(not inside any folder)

NOTE: don’t extract from .zip keep as it is on the sd card.

  

3. BOOT your device into RECOVERY MODE

(press home button + volume up key + power button)—press at a time.

NOTE:(touch screen is disabled in recovery mode "to make a selection use VOLUME KEYs and use the HOME KEY in choosing a file or task")

4. select "apply update from SD card" then choose update-unroot.zip
(wait until patch is completed) then your going back to the recovery menu.

5. select "reboot system now".

to know that you successfully un-rooted your device. Go to the phones main menu and click on the application SUPERUSER if it gives error then it is successful.

This trick is 100% working on android galaxy y GT-S5360
I tested with android version 2.3.5
